Wuxi Huali Petroleum Chemical Engineering Co., Ltd. was at first registered as Wuxi Xuelang factory of fine equipment for petroleum chemical in 1987. With the development of the market economy and international economy, our company was rechristened in 2003. Since the beginning, our great devotion has made us an expert in petroleum, pharmaceutical, and chemical machinery manufacturing. Nowadays, our products are widely adopted in many industries, such as petroleum chemical, pharmaceutical chemical, leather slurry, wood-based panel glue, water supply, etc. We have provided excellent facilities for foreign companies like RHODIA (France), DE SMET (Belgium), PIC (Italy), KRONOSPAN (Switzerland), BORDEN (USA), etc.; domestic well-known companies such as: DOP Jinling Petrochemical projects, three coking Baosteel, Baoshan Iron and Steel Roll in Yichang, MDF factory in Dandong Baosteel projects, Qilu petrochemical refinery, Shanghai Chlor-Alkali AG, etc.; and other companies in more than 20 provinces in China.Together with design studios, research institutes and universities, Huali is continuously improving the development process with the newest innovative technologies and product advancements, and has established a complete management system.Our efforts have been recognized with an ISO9001:2000 & ISO14001:2004 certificate, approved for "Manufacture Authorization of Grade III Pressure Vessel", which allows Huali to produce pressure vessels of all three grades. In June 2006, we were certificated by ASME and won a "U" seal. Huali also has a domestic certification of "Hazardous Chemicals Packaging and Vessels Manufacturing Enterprise Fixed-Point". Our company covers an area of 50,000 square meters, and has 9 main workshops of 20,000 square meters in total, in which 212 motivated and capable professionals are working. Among these employees there are 56 technicians majoring in welding, chemical mechanism and machinery, 11 senior engineers, 20 engineers, and 25 assistant engineers.The workshops are well equipped with 18 cranes and over 180 fine machineries, including CNC cutting machines, CNC plate shears, large CNC control rolling machines, make-up rolling machines, edge-extension milling machines, machines, test equipment for flaw detection and blasting, welding machines, and metalworking machines.Our company's main products are pressure vessels of Grade I, II, and III, reaction pot series (50L-20000L) made of all kinds of materials, condenser series made of all kinds of materials (including spiral plate and tubular, with spec. of 0.5 - 200 square meters), a full set of resin equipment, equipment of distillation, concentration, extraction and tower, biochemical fermentation series and evaporator series (including the single-effect, double-effect, high-efficiency, and scraper-type), vertical and horizontal slots and cans made of all kinds of materials, non-standard petrochemical equipment, and metal structures.
